About a year ago I decided to have my windows replaced with hurricane impact windows. I talked to many vendors, went to home shows, and learned more about windows than I ever cared to know. Quotes ranged from $10,000 to $32,000. The $32,000 was for non-impact windows. Then a neighbor recommended that I contact Beau at Bay Glass & Window. Beau was very professional and low key. I really appreciated that he did not use high-pressure sales tactics. His bid was very reasonable so I choose to have them replace all of the windows.
I can't say enough about the crew who came to do the work. Adam, Alex, Ryan, and Amos are fantastic. They are friendly, polite, and leave the area looking better than they when they started. There was a manufacturing issue with a couple of the windows. They ordered replacements and made sure that I was satisfied with all of their work before they closed out the job. Joanna handled all of the paperwork and worked with the City for permits and inspections. I did not have to worry that things would be done correctly by all involved.
For that reason, I called Beau again when I chose to have hurricane doors installed. I was pleased to have the same crew work on the doors. Adam had DJ come and redo stucco around two doors to make sure that all was professionally done and paint ready. Like the others, DJ was very professional and polite. I was unhappy with a couple of things and without hesitation they came back and fixed all of my concerns. They again did not close out the job until I was satisfied with all aspects of the work.
I've recommended Bay Glass & Window to my family, friends, and neighbors. My sister is having them replace her windows and doors. If you're looking for a professional crew and a company who is not trying to take advantage of their customers, are honest brokers, and make customer satisfaction a priority call Bay Glass & Window.
